Project Overview
In a first-of-its kind project on the Arabian Peninsula, KeyPlants completed a turnkey delivery of an aseptic formulation and filling facility for insulin and biosimilar monoclonal antibodies.
The indoor, 460-sqm processing area includes formulation and a combi-filler for vials, syringes, and cartridges.
We started with an alignment study and basic design for a modular facility based on our Modular Aseptic Solutions (MAS) design platform and indoor modular concept. In a second project phase, lyophilisation capabilities were added to the operation as an extension of the facility.
This modular turnkey filling facility was delivered by KeyPlants in 2019.
